Events are powerful.
From the information that is given on stage to the new connections that are made.
But one thing a lot of people forget, is that they can be overwhelming.
When there is so much going on, our brains need time to rest and process new information. Sometimes we need to keep our hands busy when we are listening to information as it allows us to focus.
And you might have noticed the above has said our and us.
As a business founded by someone with AuDHD and a team that are neurodiverse, we fully understand what it feels like to go to an event that is rigid and structured, and still be expected to show up as our best selves.
You are expected to sit and listen.
Not get up and move around or fidget.
Speak to as many people as possible.
Make the best out of every opportunity there is.
But that doesn't work for most of our brains.
We need creative outlets, stimulation and freedom to function at our best - and creative workshops are an amazing way to allow our brains to have that.
If you want a creative workshop at your event, then jump on a call with the team so that we can talk through your event and come up with some ideas as to how we can help your audience get the most out of the day.
